Shirdi's popularity over the years grew by leaps and bounds as a result of which many private lodgings and restaurants have mushroomed near the temple. Most of the private accommodation is a bit on the higher side compared to similar temple towns. Every south Indian state has a representation in Shirdi. The good news is that there are temple administered accommodation facilities and are extremely cheap in comparison to their amenities.
